Pizza Review
Another familiar pizza place with locations in Illinois and Indiana, Rosati's is a solid choice. They consistently put out a quality and memorable pizza no matter what crust type you choose. I went with thin crust and as usual, it didn't disappoint. What I like most about Rosati's is the crust. It's a flour base with a buttery finish. With this, the crust isn't very crispy, but it adds a dynamic to the rest of the pizza for an amazing balance of flavor. It's a really smooth bite with an explosion of flavor. It can be a little messy towards the middle, but I'm a sucker for those pieces. The pepperoni and sausage are very well-seasoned and cook well into the generous amount of cheese. Sauce is smooth and savory. With the amount of cheese and meat toppings, it is shockingly not greasy. Rosati's is one of those spots that I'll never hesitate to get back-to-back pizza orders.
