RG has made massive strides in food quality in recent years. The pizza is very good. Tonight we got pineapple bacon pizza and a bbq chicken. Dough has a nice flavor and is a little crisp which is good. The bbq is much heavier and thus had a little flop, which is expected for such a mounded slice. Neither have too much grease which is nice. The pizza is advertised as brick oven, wood fire cooked with garlic oiled crust, and it’s evidently true. The pineapple bacon has great topping ratio, but slightly heavy on the cheese. I rounded the score together for 7.4 overall, but the bbq is 6.7 and the pineapple bacon is 7.8. Overall great slices for local thin crust.
