Roseland Apizza

Been eating pizza here since 1976. Born and raised here. Ordered a small for myself and killed it. The crunch, the garlic, the char,the sauce!! Tremendous!! Need to come home and visit mom more often!

It feels like the pizza starts with a nice thin, crispy crust and then topped with a delicious perfectly portioned sauce to mozzarella cheese ratio. The slice is big so you can fold it while eating it. The kids thought the crust was hard, but that is part of the charm. Little burnt pieces handed over to me and Maria by the littles made for good snacking until the next pizza came out.

My first Apizza experience and it was spectacular. Beautiful undercarriage great cheese and sauce. Paper thin with a charred crust.

Great crisp on the crust and nice flavor. One critique is that there was a little too much cheese, which kept it from reaching an 8+

My 200th review. Great pie and historic establishment in my birth town. The cheese tasted better as it congealed and the clam pie was loaded with fresh, perfectly cooked clams. Love it. Sorry Dad.

Oily and soggy undercarriage. The sauce is good and makes the pie.

Dave definitely over hyped this one. All cheese no sauce flavor. The greasiness of the pie comes from having either too much cheese or too wet of a mozz. Not bad but not 8.5 at all.

Had high hopes coming back here and it did NOT disappoint. Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had.

So crispy with a great char on the crust. The sauce is delicious and made me what to take bite after bite. Would be in the 9’s but was a little greasy.

First time going to Roseland Apizza, this pie had it all, really enjoyed it, cheese pizza too was phenomenal.

Very good, a step below the best. Cheese blend is rich. Way better than most but not quite the best

A little greasy but great taste! The sauce had a good flavor. It was also nice to know they partnered with their local brewery so you could get their pizza while visiting the brewery as well

Thin and beautiful with a great taste. A little greasy but if you take the grease away maybe the taste suffers so it is what it is. A beautiful pizza and nice people too.

Amazing crust and toppings, everything about this pizza is just about perfect ! You can tell they have been making it since 1935.

Great tasting sauce
