Pizza Review
Roseland is it an old building that looks more like someone's home than an actual restaurant, and features photos of the owner's family dating back to the 1930s, so I was in love with this place before the pie even arrived at my table! The pizza itself was typical New Haven awesomeness, but had noticeably more cheese than the other local options. Incredible crunch in every bite and a good amount of char on the edge of the crust as well to compliment the sweet sauce. Roseland deserves its spot on the top 101 pizza places in the country back! Bar replaced it on this year's list, and is nowhere near Roseland's league!
