The grandma’s pizza here is a 9.0. The only problem with the straight cheese slice at Rosella’s is that they use the same sauce that goes into their grandma slice. A good grandma’s slice can handle a sweeter sauce. The straight cheese can’t be too sweet, as there isn’t enough dough to absorb the flavor kick. Other than the too sweet sauce, the cheese is excellent and the dough is very good. Score averages out to a straight 7.
