Rosie's New York Pizza

Alright... Pizza Review Time!! We are here in San Jose off of The Alameda at Rosie’s Pizza. One bite everyone knows the rules... Real good flavor very tasty. Lots of flop with little to no crunch. A really good tasting sauce. Perfect cheese to sauce ratio. Really cheesy for all those cheese lovers!! Usually I don’t like pizza like this but honestly I did not mind it at all cause of the flavor of everything. If it was cooked just a tad longer it would have definitely been in the 8’s for sure... Going to go 7.8 and that's the review!

First time here, lots of flop and no crisp to the undercarriage but at least the crust was there. I appreciated the sauce to cheese ratio as the last pies I had at other BayArea NY Pizza joints were lacking on sauce. Also not too salty like a few other places. Ultimately score would have been higher if they left it in a tad longer, based off other reviews it seems consistency is an issue.

The Godfather pizza.... No flop, good crunch, greasy, could use more tang.

Ok slice lots of grease lots of flop

Alright slice of cheese. Too much cheese, too much flop and a bit too greasy. Still cured my craving. The combo was better. 6.4
