Excellent pie. Crust is perfect thickness, toward the thin side but with both some chew and crunch. Higher sauce to cheese ratio would launch the rating into mid/upper 8s

Looks pretty, lacks flavor. Even with the olive oil and basil finish. Needs more sauce. Is light and crispy but left more to be desired

Thin crispy crust packed with flavor (similar to ‘round pies’ crust) tangy sauce, a very light pizza Negative was the fresh basil giving off a bitter taste.
