This is pizza is next level. In my opinion Rosies is superior to both Rubirosa and Sauce in NYC, two personal favorites.

Quality ingredients, flavor out of this world, texture spot on. I can go on and on. Had a small amount of grease due to pepperoni, but that’s to be expected. Absolutely thrilled to have found this place.

First of the Owners are stand up guys really nice people. 2nd of all best freshest ingredients used awesome place thin crispy crust great pepperoni very fresh mootz! I’m giving it a 10 to even out level up some of these terrible reviews place is great please try it !

Greasiest plain pie I’ve ever seen, no slices after lunch, and a 50 minute wait. No thanks. Used to be solid. Not so much now

It’s a very good pie. It will compete with any other top slice out there. But to much flop and sauce just misses the mark and could use a kick. Otherwise it’s totally worth going to Rosie’s

Best thin style pizza I’ve tried to date. We came to the shore and I checked the highest rated pizza places and this is where I ended up. The reviews here aren’t exaggerated. This pizza is phenomenal. Sauce, cheese and crust are superb. Go out of your way to stop here you won’t regret it.

Most Jersey Shore pizza places are mediocre at best, this is some of the best pizza I've had, bar none. This place I would put up against ANY of the top pizza places in NYC. The dough almost has a sourdough taste to it, and the combo of pizza mozz and fresh with some great sauce, fresh basil and olive oil, they knocked it out of the park. Worth an hour drive just to try.

We ordered (2) pies First Pie was excellent, second one not as good, major NJ flop. Cheese had an interesting taste (in a good way) maybe parmesan in addition to mozzarella. Followed by olive oil and basil. Crust was very good. Overall Excellent pizza.

Preface: I was not particularly hungry prior to the pizza. Pizza was light with little New Jersey Flop. Pretty good flavor. Good balance of sauce and cheese. A little too much olive oil for my taste, but a good pie.

The pizza did burn my penis at first but I was able to power through and go to town on that pie resulting in a very enjoyable evening for me and my boyfriend!!

The more you let the flavors come together by letting the pizza cool the better... started out piping hot and couldn’t get a good gauge, second slice was great.
