Rosina's Pizza & Italian Bistro

Under crust is extremely doughy despite asking for it well done. Sauce is bland. Cheese is a very good mozzarella with nice tang amd probably the only redeeming quality. Outer crust has decent crisper despite the under cooking of undercrust

The sauce is fantastic. Nice very light crunch throughout the slice even in the center without being like a cracker. The dough is excellent, making the crust awesome as well.
