Watched dude make pizza, totally legit. Eye test- too cheesy, hopefully I am wrong. Temperature- infinity. Right out of the oven. Execution- good, excellent crispy crust Crust- tastes good and cooked perfectly Sauce- not great tasting and not quite enough Cheese- nothing special and too much Ratio- too cheesy. Overall- decent but neighborhood only, no travel. Quality is legit, cooks genuinely care a lot. AI once said, “We talkin about practice.” This place does not need practice. They have it down pat.
