Interesting first bite. The first thing you taste is sauce, which is usually a good thing but this sauce is a little sweet. It takes away from the flavor of the cheese and pepperoni, which also tells me the crust has no flavor. The outer edge of this crust is so charred that you can’t taste any flavor from the actual dough.
Really thought this place would be better, but it is average, maybe slightly above average.
