Rotolo's Craft & Crust

Ordered the Uncle Tony’s and it was fantastic. The tomatoes and mozzarella are to die for. Give it a try for sure.

Something is addicting about the crust. Chewy but not doughy, could be more crispy but still pretty good. No flop. Sauce and cheese were good and it wasn’t greasy.

Really greasy but good tang. No flop but no crisp either.

Crust is not traditional buttery like pie crust and the sauce is very sweet. However the sausage was excellent. Not sure you’ll find better Chicago pizza in Dallas. Cold Abita on tap raised the score!

There is a flop. It has a good amount of cheese. The crust has a little bit of a crunch to it.

Very good pizza. Feta on the "Krewe" was very nice addition

Solid pizza, great sauce, and great crust! They also make different style of pizzas.

This score is for the cheese slice only. The cheese itself was very bland. The tomato sauce was actually really good when you get a bite of it and crust without any cheese. The pep, sausage and mush pizza was very good. I’ve left a separate review for it.
