Nice crust, sauce seems about sugary and the pizza has a bit of a spice to it. I love spices but wasn’t a fan of it on my pizza.

Is NOT NY style pizza. I’m new to this s app but I am real disappointed that the only close to NY pizza in Ruston is Roma’s Bistro and it’s not even on the map here. The sauce at Rotolos is pure sugar. Roma’s has the taste and the crust flavor but cooks it on a screen so it does not have texture. Roma’s is a 6.5
