Holy crap that is a lot of cheese! Honestly, way too much cheese, completely ruined it for me. The sauce is way too sweet too. The crust is GREAT though, really crispy and not a lot of flop. Next time I'd go light cheese and add some of their amazing brisket.

So much cheese. Could be a turn off for some people. Another potential turn off is the sweet sauce. Good bake, great crust. I like some cheesiness but just be warned. Get some brisket while you're there too

Excellent sauce some of the best i have had. Cheese is a bit too funky for me but had a good texture. Nice under carriage with a little flop

Cheese is 7.7. White is 6.4. Cheese is best in the area IMO. Have had it twice now and is consistently great
