Ruben’s Pizza

Ratio- the most certain downfall of this slice. Virtually no sauce. Execution- somehow it all comes together. Cheese has a good tang and chew. Crust is crunchy but does lack a world class taste. Sauce has no identifiable flavor, but there’s enough that it’s clear one is eating pizza Dough - just a hair above average. Decent taste and crunch. Almost warrants eating all the crust with no sauce and cheese at the edge, but alas, not quite that good Cheese- just a hair above average. Good chew, a bit of tang. Not profoundly sharp, and not neutral either. Very nice Sauce - weak spot. Difficult to judge because there is so little. Overall- shockingly decent. Not travel worthy Borodin said, “ I write music not for fame or wealth. I do it to create beauty and happiness.” This is not up to that standard, but it is a quality slice
