Russo's New York Pizzeria

As a New Yorker who just moved to Houston I didn’t have high hopes for finding good pizza. Whenever someone says they have “New York pizza” it’s usually far from it and this place was def that. It’s bland and greasy. I think I could have gotten better pizza at Pizza Hut across the street. I guess my search continues to find decent pizza.

Big,floppy very bland

Nice clean place, pretty big menu. Slice is from a 28 inch pie. Had the Margarita, lots of fresh basil. Crust had a nice crunch. Good local place

Lacks texture, tastes like it’s been microwaved. Claims to be New York style but I’m from New York and wouldn’t feed it to a rat. Slice is as big as your head and floppier than a fish. Low quality packaged cheese and canned sauce. My mom’s maiden name is Russo and this “pizzeria” totally disgraces the family name. On a side note, they advertise “Halal upon request” and have more signs written in Arabic... what the
