Rustic Pizza and Pasteria

The Rustic slice was decent, marghertia was ok.

Cheese slice

Speciality pies are hit or miss. One was great; the one pictured was not.

There’s something to be said about the experience of meeting new people and making new friends or meeting people you look up to. Today was all of that and more but down to the pizza. Light airy crust little bit inconsistent on the cook but crust had decent flavor and undercarriage was better than the top side. This was the signature 5 cheese but the tangy sauce catches me more as the cheese just doesn’t have the flavor needed, maybe some more prevalent grated cheese would boost it but either way it’s now right in the shadow of the new DiFara location opening next week. What an amazing day stay and week!

The left is margarita. The right is the rustic cheese. The margarita was so much better considering the rustic cheese is their signature. The crust is the best part, felt like fresh bread being dipped into a nice Sunday sauce. Pretty good. A little better than average. Not the best I’ve ever had but definitely somewhere I’d go again.

Chili Garlic White is unbelievably delicious. Must try.
