It’s only right we did a review on national pizza day. Solid slice, crushed the whole pie without blinking. I’d dabble again.

Went with the “Marc” with added red peppers. The crust was a 7: it had crisp, good flavor, and an expected sweetness to it. The sauce was a 6: a little too sweet for my liking and could’ve used more herbs. The cheese was sparse. The Italian sausage like an 8. It was spicy and flavorful.

Good char to the crust, a sweeter sauce, and a creamy mozzarella. Good fancy pizza.

Amazing tasting sauce. Plenty of it too. Sometimes places don't put enough sauce on their margherita pizza. Not this place. Fresh basil flavor is great also.

Clearly one of the better spots for pizza in the traditional style. A little too doughy to be great, but quality ingredients used.

Great sauce. A little undercooked. Beautiful presentation. Good pizza
