Rustique Pizza

Good but nothing special. Taste carried and crust helped. Minimal crisp and thing was floppy from the second it hit the table. Would come back but would not make a detour for it

My counterpart makelovetopizzaa may disagree, but I thought this was really really good. The cheese under the sauce was a great mesh, awesome taste overall, sauce is very nice. Undercarriage and crust are good, not great. A little firmer on the flop and could’ve been even higher. Overall a pie worthy of a 20 min walk.

Was excited to try Rustique. This score is slightly skewed because I didn’t get to eat it right away. The place has character, I absolutely loved the feel of the inside small, authentic pizzeria. The two people working the counter were very pleasant. The pizza had great flavor even eating it 10 minutes late due to my drive back to work you can taste the flavor of the ingredients. The undercarriage had nice char, good crisp but I wish it had a little more. I def will be back besides Razza one of the better slices of pizza I had in JC.

Probably my favorite slice fresh ingredients and a crispy crust.

Above average pie. Sweet sauce slaps.

It’s only right we did a review on national pizza day. Solid slice, crushed the whole pie without blinking. I’d dabble again.

Went with the “Marc” with added red peppers. The crust was a 7: it had crisp, good flavor, and an expected sweetness to it. The sauce was a 6: a little too sweet for my liking and could’ve used more herbs. The cheese was sparse. The Italian sausage like an 8. It was spicy and flavorful.

Good but needs more cheese
