One of my favorite pizza spots in Astoria, S&S is an old school “hole-in-the-wall” that dates back to the early 70’s that
offers up a crispy slice. I recommend eating in shop as opposed to getting it delivered; although it’s an incredibly tight space, the staff is very friendly and the prices are more than reasonable ( talking a slice and a small fountain soda for $3 here folks). Nonetheless, a superior slice in comparison to their neighbors, Brother’s Pizza, which sits just right across the street. Minimal flop, a decent zing for the marinara, substantial real estate on the crust; if you’re in the area, this is a great place for a solid slice. That’s a review Frankie!!!
