Amazing sauce, my goodness. Got a lot of slices to try
Grandmas: my favorite slice I had, the sauce is incredible, the grandma is thin and crispy, but not burnt or hard. Nailed it. Lots of sauce too
Onion slice: different and a TON of roasted onion, loved that it had ricotta on top too. No sauce or anything but a solid slice for something different
Tomato w/ olive oil: lots of tomato’s, good ones for sure. Not the gooey tomatoes but ones that are firm. Really liked this one and was surprised the crust was crispy and able to hold up the weight of the tomato’s. Great slice, but for me, a little more added oil than I’d like, but that’s just me. The parm and black pepper is nice too. Oh and there is sauce under the tomato’s
Triple sauce: my wife loved this one and it was her favorite. Loved that it tastes garlicky
White slice: good but wasn’t as crispy as I’d like. Good though overall
Margarita: lots of sauce, fantastic slice. A little more basil than I’d like, but that sauce. (Just put all that sauce directly into my mouth plz).
Overall: we came right at opening, they had everything out like 5-10min before opening. Great selection, but I wish they had a buffalo chicken slice (they are vegetarian), and creative stuff (salad pizza, lots of onion, mushroom slice, etc). Plenty of drinks too
But my take home, get the grandmas or margarita (if you like basil). Their tomato sauce is outstanding
