Sabaitinis is a different style and if you aren't into it then maybe it's not for you. Nice and thin and crispy. Taste a little of the burnt flavor underneath, but I enjoy that. They put the cheese and sauce all the way to the edge which is amazing. Even the crust end bite got cheese and sauce!

This place is great! The smoky mozzarella, the little bit of sweetness in the sauce. The Volcano Fries! My wife and I I drive over an hour to get here. Our nephews love the place too! Great joint! We come probably once every couple months.

Sweet tangy sauce. Good tomato flavor. Great balance of cheese to sauce. Crisp dough and crust. Refreshingly different from the tired “football” pies. Worth a trip!

You can taste the 66 year history in Sabatini’s pizza! Not a lot of cheese but a good flavor in the sauce and a slight crunch on the crust. Scott says great undercarriage, I say eh…needs a minimum of two extra minutes then we might be in the high 7’s.
