Sauce: Amazing sauce. It’s a very savory sauce with amazing spice content. It’s super flavorful and it’s added in just the right amount that it adds flavor without being so much sauce that it’s falling out or sliding.
Cheese. High quality cheese that you can tell is sourced from great places. As with most of their ingredients, they seem to take great interest in making sure that the ingredients are fresh. The complete lack of grease and great flavor reflects this.
Crust: In New Haven fashion, the crust is crispy with amazing charring that adds a nice smoky flavor. I’ve never had a burnt pie here. The undercarriage is crispy with very little to no flop. Amazing
Value: This pizza is not cheap but it is not overpriced. My girlfriend and I are willing to spend the extra money for this place because their pizza actually reflects the price. And to be honest, it’s not much more than other places, as this pie was about $18 for a large pizza.
Overall: My favorite pizza place in Cincinnati, hands down.
