Sal Sorrento's Pizzeria

Slightly undercooked. Doughy and a bit floppy. The sauce had a raw acidic taste. A good pizza but not great. A little more time this would be a solid 7.5.

Really good, pretty floppy and gloopy right outta the oven but firmed up nicely. Best bites came from the crust nice bubbles, good flavor….needed just a little more sauce
