Heard this place may be selling to a new owner soon, not sure if the pizza will still be around or change so had to make a visit just in case.
Barely makes it to the 8s for me but the crust is solid. Don’t like the sauce, it’s thicker and has a weird taste to it (too many seasonings maybe), was looking forward to a soupy like cheese like in the prez review but the cheese looks blah and doesn’t have any unique characteristics, it’s ok if you’re looking for American (I get why it was rated the lowest old forge style).
I got x cheese, x sauce, and plain, because I didn’t like the sauce the extra cheese was best bc it overpowers while still getting to enjoy the crust.
Good restaurant overall and worth going for dinner and drinks, just wont miss the za.
