Salerno's Pizza III

Looks good. Tomato is chunks not sauce, pretty standard for tomato pie so we’ll see. Here goes. Tomato a bit sweet and taste above average. The crust is fine, reasonably well done but only average taste. The cheese is very mild and adds nothing. The ratio is solid, with a relatively even amount of three ingredients. Mrs. Coleman, my first and second grade teacher at Farrell Elementary School in Philadelphia district eight once said, “Discipline will get you half way to success, and the rest is creativity and passion”. Some decent discipline in this pie, but beyond that not so much. Good execution but not world class.
