This is an interesting pie. A New Haven and Neopolitan fusion is a good way to put it. The sauce isn’t super robust or unique but the combination of it with the char crust taste is very good. I have one complaint and it’s that the crust was hard to chew?? Weird situation I’ve never encountered. Think it might be because it was delivered and sat too long? Or maybe it’s just because it’s sourdough? Definitely going to try in person ASAP. Beautiful aesthetic za.
