For my taste you can get away with a charred bottom if there is a decent crust and not just a cracker. Nice balance of chew and crunch. Tomato’s taste great.

So good. The crust had no flop and all crunch. You can taste the history of the oven in this pie.

I never understood why people liked the New Haven Style. Frank's we got one at Mohegan, burnt. Hate it. 40 bucks to Doordash a burnt Sally's. I get it, it's "char" well I call it burnt. I don't get it. I don't want to.

Long time coming to try this pie out! Had high expectations and it did not disappoint! Whole pizza was absolutely divine and really enjoyed the charcoal taste on the undercarriage and crust. Not the mention the mootz too🤌 Definitely will be coming back sometime again even though it is 8 hours away😅

Excellent Pie. All ingredients were tasty and none heavy. Slight char on the crust. Just enough cheese sauce and dough. Didn’t pick up the slight tang in the sauce until my 3rd bite. Definitely warrants the high scores.

If you can handle the hour and half wait for takeout or eat in the. This place is for you. The pizza is old school flavor that super thin and crispy. You keep wanting more after your first slice. No joke. A must stop. Parking sucks so be prepared!!
