I have eaten a lot of pizza in my day and this pie had some ups and downs as it was too charred for my liking on the bottom. However, the non charred bite was the best bite I have ever had in a slice. These new haven places are fantastic but of the 3 majors, I consider this the best new haven style.

Plain side was slightly under expectation. Tomato pie was incredible. 8.1 for cheese 9.7 for tomato.

Went in today after an hour long wait outside, followed by another hour wait to get the pizzas brought to the table. Their classic pizza had a great crust, char, and crunch with no flop. Their sauce was sweet and cheese not too strong. Their white pizza with potato was a mixed bag. The white slice itself was delicious, but the potato slices were undercooked. Overall a great place but not worth waiting more than 30 minutes.

Amazing crust and undercarriage. Inverse flop on some slices which ive never seen before. Our boy Dave overrated this one but still top 3 pie in the country imo

Traveled from Florida to see what all the hype was about New Haven Pizza. Let me just say that this was the greatest slice of pizza I’ve ever experienced in my life and well worth the travel and the line to get a table.
