Sally's Apizza

First time having New Haven style “apizza”. Sally’s is one of the original New Haven style places, but this is not the original location, unfortunately. I was a big fan of the sweet sauce and fresh cheese, as well as the charred crust. Since this a newer store, it doesn’t have the benefits/flavor of the original location’s 90 year old coal oven. Still a very high score, but I definitely need to try the original location.

Great undercarriage, crisp crust, very thin, little/no flop. Sauce was too sweet. Could use more cheese
