Pizza Review
Wow guys. Its tough to peg down a score. We went to Sals as kids, when we went to that side of town. My grandfather always got the plain tomato pie which i love. So i grabbed one of those to try along with a cheese pie. Ordered mediums. Both are the size of larges on this side of town lets get that right. Upon opening i see a couple brown edges but not many, so im thinking under baked right away. And it was just a hair under baked. Give me 3 more minutes in that oven and the score would go up. Sauce? A 10. Flavorful, right amount of tang, got the garlic, and not salty which has been the case recently. But then they do what most have done so far and put too much cheese. Come on Meriden, you're better than this. Take it ease with tha cheese. When you put it on and think you have enough take half off. The saving grace is they use good cheese, not greasy ulta preservative cheese. So at the end of the day we have an 8.2 here. Worth the drive from west side to east side. Thats a review!
