A very solid NY style pizza. Great sauce. Crust was very nice. Overall a very good slice to have. Impressed. Not a lot of flop which is appreciated.

Got the baked ziti pizza because I saw it on Diners, Drive-ins and dives and Guy Fieri liked it. Very good pizza the pasta is well cooked and sauce has good flavor. Crust kept its crunch despite the heavy pizza and delivery time. One or two slices will have you stuffed. Tasty, hearty pizza. Some of the better pizza in Gilbert.

Great local pie if you’re in the area. Nice crisp and the crust is delicious, average sauce, cheese has a great taste and there’s plenty of it.

A. WRT good slice, great sauce and cheese , crispy crust with softness if that makes sense! Has to be the best in the Phoenix area. I had some not so good ! The place was packed !!!

Zero flop, sweet sauce but a little heavy on the sauce. Real crisp crust. Pretty good slice

That 1st review that was posted with a 5 score was a mistake I don't know how that happened Sal is a great pizza maker. He was born in Italy he is a trained chef he had a pizzeria on Long Island and he has owned sal's pizza in Gilbert Arizona for about 17 years. Sal is at his restaurant working everyday. He has a Passion for the pizza business and for great food. I will put sal's pizza up against any pizzeria in the country. He uses the best cheese grande which melts very well on pizza his sauce is off the hook He knows the in's and out's of making a good pizza. He works at his restaurant everyday 6 days a week Monday the restaurant is closed. I know a little bit about pizza I come from a family of pizza makers and I have owned 3 pizzerias back East..if I don't make pizza at home I travel 20 miles to go to sal's to get my pizza. Not only is the New York style pizza off the hook but he makes a great upside down Sicilian pie. Guy fieri from diners drive in's and dives was here and raved about his pizza and I give sal a 9.7 that's my 4 bites pizza reveiw. check out my reviews at West Coast pizza reviews

Great crust. Someone tried to compare this to Casanova’s and to me their is no comparison. No flop, great cheese and sauce and no grease. Great New York style pizza.
