Alright Frankie..Great Margherita. Crispy crust, sweet sauce, nice tang, a little spiciness in the sauce (red pepper if I had to guess, but it works very well with the sweetness) little flop from the heaviness of the sauce and cheese. Cheese cooked perfectly (melted all the way with a slight brown color to it). Best margherita I've had in the area so far.
