Sal's Italian Ristorante

One of my go to spots in Boca. Always consistent with their pies and have a friendly staff. More of a “football” pizza as Dave would say, but great flavor throughout!

Acceptable flavor and well-balanced ingredients. I would have liked to see the sauce and cheese reach farther toward the perimeter with less crust.

Sicilian style, elite pizza. Not usually a fan of franchises, but this is good stuff

Huge flop but it's worth it for the great amount of cheese. The cheese blend is excellent, but the sauce is pretty pedestrian. Crust is underwhelming but not bad.
