Sal's little italy

8.4 great crust. Very thin.

Alright Frankie. One bite. So I’ve had pies from Cali to Florida and into Chicago. Super crispy. Zero flop. Fresh tom. Crash from real cheese. But not a 8.1 in my opinion. More like a 7.1

Crisp is what saves this slice. Not bad, just not great. Standard slice

Could use a little more sauce. Mostly the crust was crisp but there were some pockets where the slice was soggy. At the parts of crispiness, the flop caused the whole slice to buckle.

Good pizza. Cheese and crust are outstanding however the sauce has little tang to it.

Really loved my slice from Sals. Perfect grease but not too much. Crust was killer!

So far my favorite pizza on the tour can’t wait to find something that’s better but for now Sal’s!!
