Sal's Original Pizza & Restaurant

Ok, we had a lot of slices of different stuff here. Came across this place from NJ.com .This is the plain. Perfectly cooked, but lacked the sauce that it should have been heavier on. The sauce here is great. Cheese had a nice grease to it, and the crust was great. They offer a "boardwalk" slice, get it. It's heavier on the sauce, easy 8. They specialize in their "thin Sicilian" pizzas here. We also got the Brooklyn. A thin Sicilian which was great also still crispy. An 8.2 Then we tried the drunken grandma, had vodka sauce on it instead of sauce.... I won't rate that though because I'm not a fan of vodka sauce. We're taking their "Upside Down" home which by looks, is their best....to be continued...
