Awesome too notch Sicilian pie here!! A bit off the normal path Sals is an old school cash only joint known for the square pie and it doesn’t disapoint. An amazing crisp undercarriage followed by the pillowy goodness this style should have. The sauce could’ve been a touch more plentiful but the bites that had it were amazing!! The cheese really sets this off as it has great flavor and there’s a lot of it!! If your searching for top tier straight up Sicilian this is one of the best! Great people inside workin too in a nice little strip area with a Ralph’s across the street what more could you ask for.
