This is classic football pizza. Could have a little less flop, but it’s pretty crispy and not too doughy. Delicious sauce and the cheese has a nice bit.

Half white with ricotta tomato and broccoli, half regular. Asked for well done, was still somewhat undercooked lacking crisp. Very floppy, cheese fell apart when picked up, both the plain and the side with the toppings. Still a tasty pie, nice people, but could use a few touch ups on the way it’s cooked. 7.5 that’s a review.

Crust is crisp, but has about a medium flop. Sauce is tangy and delicious. Cheese is good, this is a super pizza too! It’s really good!
