Pretty decent pie. Sweet sauce but crust is really good

Solid New York style slice, slight flop with a moderately crisp undercarriage and a crispy garlic crust. Quality cheese, not greasy and a sauce that is robust yet sweet. Reminds me of Joes pizza in New York. Note: I did get the 2 slice and drink special. So it was not as fresh as a whole pie.

If you’re in the Hermitage/Mt. Juliet-area of greater Nashville, Sal’s is going to be one of the best spots for Pizza. Always fresh, high quality ingredients, the wings were great as well. Definitely a must try if you haven’t already!!

Good undercarriage. A little crunch no flop. Not to bad

Compared to a lot of the pizza in this area, it’s pretty good. It’s got a nice undercarriage good crunch on the crust. Sauce is good, cheese is good. Overall, I’d buy this 10 out of 10 times over the One Bite Frozen Pizza.

Greasy but firm and great flavor

Solid neighborhood pie. Wouldn’t drive across town for it. Good crust. A tad greasy and a bit floppy.

Solid slice. Biggest asset—the crust. Worst part—just didn’t have that much flavor. Would’ve liked some more seasoning on top or flavor in the sauce.

Has a lot of flop and is greasy but the cheese crust and sauce are all above average. Wish it was more crunchy but overall good pizza.

One bite everybody knows the rules..At first glance you can see the puddle of greece laying on top of the pizza. Besides that though the pizza has a very good texture, a perfect crisp to the crust, but could use a little more sauce to it. The sauce that is on there is lacking flavor. Tastes more like a basic out of a can tomato sauce. Overall still very good pizza, And one of the better pizza by slice spots in the Nashville area.

Football pizza. Not bad, could’ve been crispier and a little bit more sauce. Good flavor on the sauce though.

Sals Pizza is good, but nothing exceptional. Minimal flop, but sauce that tastes out of a can. Better than any big chain joint, but otherwise not terribly exiting. Good pizza, not quite great.

Good sauce and cheese, too much flop, but good crisp on the crust and a good flavor.

Nashville doesn’t have too many pizza by the slice places. Sals is one of the better ones.
