Sal's Pizza | Derry, NH

This is a regional chain so expectations were not high. Crust was relatively light with decent sauce to cheese ratio. Very standard overall.

No crisp, mega flop, crust doughy, not bad flavors but soupy. Overrated in my opinion.

First off, they wouldn’t accept a gift card that was purchased at a different sals location, so that sucked. The dough was not prepared nicely AT ALL. More flop than I’ve ever experienced. Flavors were good, sauce and cheese good. But that’s it.

Despite the confusion and delay of messing up a simple slice order, the slice was good for chain pizza. At least the quality of Sal’s pizza is consistent.

Alright Frankie.. got a good slice here with no flop and a good sauce
