Large cheese pizza, 5:55pm on a Saturday, $18.00
Pros: Sauce and cheese are good, nice bubbling around the crust
Cons: Nothing that unique about it
Verdict: Should be noted I didn't eat the pizza right away, it cooled off a lot by the time it was cracked into. Could it have scored higher if I ate it right away? Not by much, as I got a good sense of what it's about based on taste, ratios and cook level. I'd say it's a textbook pizza, right on par with what you'd expect from a Westchester pizzeria. There's a lot of hype around this pizza but it doesn't do anything special to set it apart. If I were in Florida, I'd be thrilled. In New York, it's standard - which is still very good. It's NY Pizza.
