real nice thin crust pizza! sauce’s got a nice salty zing (namesake?), maybe borderline too much for me…but it’s good, a good amount. seeped out a lil, but i’m liking it. amt of toastiness was on point…undercarriage wasnt toasted hard. no flop, but it could still flex. crust was satisfying like when you step on dried leaves and listen to the crack. crust was like that! toasted well enough so the paper-thin crust was flaking but not dried-flaky like scones and that’s what i liked about it! reminded me of ‘Show Me The Pizza’ in Maple Ridge, but thinner. one qualm though…the cheese and toppings didnt really hold onto the pizza enough, like the bread and toppings didnt quite build that proper friendship yet. had to eat it with a napkin cuz stuff was falling out, but anyways, definitely one of the top-of-the-line pizzas out there and easily holds its own against anything on the mainland. 8.4 for the crust…8.3 cuz the toppings didnt hold it down.

Perfect thin crust that maintains its firmness without getting soggy. Only criticism would be I like a spicier sauce so I'll just ask for some chili flakes next time. This pizza is perfection and is just as good cold as it is hot.

Yup! This is the shit! Great light crust. Very highly recommended
