Salted Dough

Great crisp and undercarriage, minimal flop. Very artisanal, so some of the pizzas will be hit or miss based on individual preference. Would have reached mid-8s if a couple of the pizzas weren’t overpowered with oregano or some other spice. Overall, great pizza and top choice in northeast Ohio!

Looks better than the tastes. Something is off with the dough to water ratio. Cool date night spot, better-looking people than food.

Far to expensive. Tasty cheese and garlic combo. Well done dough and a little chewy. Be ready for sticker shock on price $$$$$

This pizza is meh at best. Cheese is mediocre, crust is floppy, and is overall too doughy. Only redeeming quality is the sauce.

It’s very floppy. But the sauce, cheese, everything else is awesome. If the bottom was less floppy it would be a high 8 pizza. Very good though

Very thin with little flop. Cheese is good with a nice sauce. It does have a good amount of salt on it as the name infers

New place in Broadview Heights just opened up and they are solid. This is an authentic New York slice (Which is hard to find in Cleveland) with thin crust, good cheese, decent sauce and comes with a lot (too much) of NY flop. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with the pie, but wouldn’t go out of my way to get it.

Better than anything in the area. New, a bit boujee, but quality pizza. Crust is a 10. Sauce a little weak. Cheese sparse but good. A solid pie.
