Thin, crispy and very little flop coal fired 🍕 Each time I visit and never disappointed. One of the best in Long Island.

Went to Salvatores back in August. The pizza tasted great,nice and thin. But the crust could have been more crispy. Went back-in September ordered it well done . One bite everyone knows the rules 8.2 so much better well done. Give it another shot Pres.

Salvatore’s. Always a delight. Had 6 slices. So delicious. Has to be warm. Not a traditional slice. Makes me enjoy sauce. So good. Smell is fantastic. Dave did them dirty.

Crunchy with minimal flop, mozzarella was excellent, sauce was very good but something was slightly missing. Overall still a great pizza

Thin crusted delicious pizza with great tangy sauce, good cheese and ingredients. Crust could’ve been a little more Crisp But still one of the top five pizza pies in Long Island hands-down.

The only coal oven I know of in long Island. This is the way pizza should be crispy bottom soft in the middle delicious sauce and a fresh cheese. I could eat this every day

Very good coal oven pizza (especially the sausage half). The cheese is a tad too thick & chewy in comparison to the thin crust. I think the balance of ingredients would’ve been better if the pizza was a bit thicker & it was cooked a little longer to make the crust crispier.

Sauce is great, crust is crisp and has some good bite. Overall very solid Neapolitan style pie.

Really great cheese and sauce. Sauce was perfect balance of sweet and tangy. Everything tasted fresh. Crust had a great taste as well. I just wish it had been crispier. Serious flop on that bitch. Definitely worth a drive
