This has by far been the best cooked slice I’ve tried in the area. Whoever is making the pies here knows how to use an oven. Perfectly cooked crust, crisp bottom without being burnt. The ingredient ratio is almost spot on, I just wish the sauce wasn’t as thin in the center of the pizza because as I got farther out on the slice the better it got with more sauce. If you’re in the valley this should be the spot you stop for a slice hands down!
