One of the best

Been eating here since the day they opened probably around 15 years ago, this pizza on this night was one the best yet.

Let’s start off with the positives by say the crust is top notch. No flop in this slice and has a phenomenal crunch in every bite with a hint of sweetness. The cheese is a good amount of salty and I can appreciate that however the sauce isn’t distributed evenly throughout the slice and has almost no presence until the end of the slice. Which is a shame considering when I got to the end of the slice the sauce had a good flavor. Definitely give them a shot if you’re in the area!

This has by far been the best cooked slice I’ve tried in the area. Whoever is making the pies here knows how to use an oven. Perfectly cooked crust, crisp bottom without being burnt. The ingredient ratio is almost spot on, I just wish the sauce wasn’t as thin in the center of the pizza because as I got farther out on the slice the better it got with more sauce. If you’re in the valley this should be the spot you stop for a slice hands down!
