Pizza Review
When you walk in and see a bunch of old Italians sitting around talking, you have high expectations. Was very disappointed. Cost wise...very expensive. $15+ for 3 slices (sicilian types $5, regular $4.25, and tax) Get my slices and there is a bag of garlic knots as well. Not sure if thats part of what they do? Tried 1...wasnt a fan. The regular slice was very heavy. Thin crust but soooo much cheese. No pull at all though. Very salty slice and no flavor to the sauce...other than salt The Grandpa slice (bread crumbs and onion), on the other hand was amazing. Nice and crispy under, perfect thickness, right amount of toppings. Absolutely delicious. But as always. Review is on the Sicilian. The under is nice and crispy...but thats about all i can say thats good. The dough was under cooked and very raw tasting and extremely dense. The sauce was thick, which i like, but no seasoning in it at all, and very salty. The cheese...wayyyy too much, no pull and just cheap tasting. Would go again for the grandpa sicilian slice (no cheese on these lol), but pass on the rest
