Salvatore's Old Fashioned Pizzeria

It's probably good if you're from the Roch but if you know anything about good pizza, this isn't it. The crust is super thick, the sauce stinks, way too much cheese, all the flop, no crunch.

Now, imma be honest this is a personal favorite so bias will play a favor 😂. But this is a not only a great pie but an iconic pie. Salvatore’s is super floppy, it’s greasy and it slides everywhere. But fuck man is it amazing😂 I’m not even a fan of this style of pizza usually but Salvatore’s has always been a personal favorite for me since a child. I usually eat cheese pizzas but I already knew what I was getting myself into. I think it might be the sweetness in the sauce.

Solid slice with great consistency. Is this the best pizza I’ve ever had? No, but it’s decent. Dough and crust were spot on, cheese was great. The pizza lacked sauce which is a common issue here.

Pepporoni sausage n banana pepper. DELISH. good crisp. Great sauce in cheese. Loved it.

Perfect drip, crust was thick, classic NY pizza, perfect amount of sauce with flavor. Worth the trip
