Salvatore's Pizza

So much flop! But the sauce has great tang. Some char and good chew. Cheap cheese, but not too much grease. It’s a solid pie.

This place has it all. It’s a diner, it sells awesome looking doughnuts but the pizza... After the reheat, it was incredibly soft. You don’t need teeth to eat this doughy slice. The sauce lacks any substantial flavor and the cheese was good but greasy (contributed by the milk fat). Go for the doughnuts but leave the pizza behind, it needs work.
