My friends all tell me that Sal’s is the best pizza in the Dirty J so I had to give it a try. Pizza is super cheesy which causes it to be super greasy and floppy. All of the cheese tastes good, but I would definitely prefer less so it wasn’t as greasy. Finally got a good taste for the sauce as I got to the end of the crust. The sauce tastes really good, but you can’t taste it because of all the cheese. If they distributed more sauce throughout the entire pie instead of just at the end by the crust the score would be much higher.
